Hispanic Agenda Members,
I wanted to supplement the information we provided at the meeting with the actual fundraising brochure that will be used to request scholarship donations. I also wanted to provide you updated information on the dates/activities of the pageant. Please notice the date change of the Pageant Orientation.
Pageant Orientation:Sat. July 29th 1:00 PM, Human Sciences Auditorium Rm 169 (TTU campus)
Pageant: Thurs. Sept. 14th @ 7:00 PM Civic Center Theater
Both the pageant contestant application and the fundraising brochure are available on the Fiestas del Llano website at www.fiestasdelllano.org. The GEM Scholarship Fund was created as a result of the loss of previous funding and will provide more flexibility for recipients to attend a college/university of their choice.
