"This is a great opportunity to introduce the amazing artists we showcase at the conference along with our favorite iconic acts via a growing platform. The LAMC is now in its 13th year and every year, we discover an incredible amount of groundbreaking talent. I am looking forward to sharing that great music through the LAMC Mix Tape. After managing acts and running a label for so many years, it is the first time I have sat behind the mic and hosted a show. I look forward to the challenge," says Tomas Cookman, Founder of Nacional Records and the Latin Alternative Music Conference.

The LAMC Mix Tape will air every Saturday and Sunday starting at 3PM/ET on SiriusXM channel 147. The show will differ on each day and will feature a variety of genres including Hip Hop, Indie, retro sounds and Latin Alternative. The show will focus on mixing up-and-coming as well as seasoned Latin talent for three hours of electrifying beats every weekend.

"I am thrilled with our partnership with Tomas Cookman launching LAMC Mix Tape on EN VIVO. It's a special opportunity to present exclusive and distinctive content to our listeners," said Nelson Albareda, President and CEO of NLB. "The show's unprecedented format furthers our goal of transcending traditional boundaries placed on Spanish media and promises to be a highlight in EN VIVO's weekly programming."

EN VIVO, whose slogan is Donde Nace la Music (Where Music Is Born), broadcasts 24/7 from its new state-of-the-art facility in Miami. Its varied programming also includes: Tu Manana Live, a bilingual morning talk show; The Mash Up, a mix of today's hits in Spanish and English chosen by world-renowned DJs; Concierto EN VIVO, where listeners can experience the best concerts from around the world; and Club EN VIVO, live broadcasts from the nation's hottest clubs.

In April 2011, NLB was selected by Sirius XM Radio to lease two channels on a long-term basis to air on each of their satellite radio platforms. Both channels, EN VIVO and Cristina Radio, a channel built around media talk show icon Cristina Saralegui, were launched on January 12th. NLB offers listeners a wide array of 24/7 programming on a variety of subjects that include news, entertainment, music, and political issues.
