--You're an idiot. I'm Hispanic and I tip at least 20% whether I'm at a restaurant or receiving services at a salon. Maybe you should look for the problem in the mirror. You're either just plain racist and ignorant or you're a disgruntled waiter/waitress ... if the latter is the case, try better service and you might receive better tips. |

Failure to tip is part of our culture. Just like how we always fail to destroy professional work environments and are constantly rude with wait staff and do not acknowledge any social progress from the past forty years.
